Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

You can return any unworn, unwashed item within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund.

Any orders returned after this time period will not be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed,  with all original tags and Please include your Returns Slip or Packing sheet within your returns parcel.

How to Return

1. Email us at info@flatfour.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you the return address and simple instructions.
3. Package your items securely and post them back to us.
   We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll email you to confirm.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
• Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We’re really sorry if something isn’t right!

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll sort it quickly with a full refund or replacement if available.
